ZeedMillenniummon is a Wicked God Digimon. Flying freely between space and time, it is a king of evil that is still trying to destroy all eras and worlds. Although a Digimon will become a Digi-Egg if defeated in battle, there are very rare occasions when it has instead been reborn from within the corpse of its data. According to one theory, when Millenniummon died in a furious battle, the dark soul it possessed was reborn as ZeedMillenniummon. Also, as for the bands of DigiCode which wrap around ZeedMillenniummon, it is said that they are like chains which suppress its abilities, but it is unknown who could cast such a spell on ZeedMillenniummon. However, it is foretold that if it is released from this spell, it will rain unfathomable destruction upon the Digital World.[8]

- Time Destroyer: Consigns hostile opponents to oblivion across space and time. So far, no one who has been brushed off by this technique has returned alive from space and time.
- Chrono Paradox: Fires two atomic rays from its mouth that destroys everything in their path.
- Time Unlimited: Creates a pocket dimension with compressed time, and traps an opponent there for an eternity.
- Dimension Destroyer: After trapping an opponent with Time Unlimited, it collapses the entire dimension it created to destroy them.

The code on its bands is the original web address for Digimon Web (http://www.digimon.channel.or.jp/). In Digimon Tamers: Battle Spirit Ver. 1.5, it instead uses "ZUXIDOMIRENIAMON", the Wāpuro romanization for ZeedMillenniumon (ズィードミレニアモン ZīdoMireniamon?). In Digimon Ghost Game and the ‘’Digimon Card Game’’, it instead uses the current web address for Digimon Web (http∶//digimon.net).

After Moon=Millenniummon absorbs the life force of Toru Igashira, Kotoha Igashira and Kiyoshiro Higashimitarai within Manami's body, it absorbs a flock of Vilemon and Tsumemon to evolve into a ZeedMillenniummon. It is the form Moon=Millenniummon seeks to evolve into so it can destroy the world, and is described by Angoramon as a "catastrophic" Digimon who can deal unimaginable damage to it. Lamortmon and Canoweissmon tried to fight it, but cannot lay even a single scrape on it, so they Digivolved into Diarbbitmon and Siriusmon, allowing their attacks to go through. However, before Hiro Amanokawa can order a second Photon Blaster, Manami's consciousness, which is sealed within ZeedMillenniummon tells them to stop attacking as it opens a space-time rift, threatening to suck everything and its surroundings in. Manami's consciousness outs herself as ZeedMillenniummon’s weak point because she was not a part of it, and instructs Hiro and Ruli to dispel her alongside the Digimon using their strongest attacks. They agree and strike Manami's consciousness with Buck Rush and Break Quasar before it can activate its Time Destroyer, defeating ZeedMillenniummon and dispelling both Manami's consciousness and Moon=Millenniummon from the former's corpse and regressing the latter to a dormant state.
This ZeedMillenniummon has a new, unnamed attack where its Machinedramon head spits ice shards and its Chimeramon head spits fireballs. The URL written on the bands around it is also the URL of the current Digimon Channel website (http∶//digimon.net) instead of the defunct old site (http://www.digimon.channel.or.jp).

ZeedMillenniumon is #355, and is a Mega-level, Attacker-class, Dark-species Digimon with a resistance to the Dark element and weakness to the Light element. Its basic stats are 344 HP, 363 MP, 188 Attack, 139 Defense, 177 Spirit, 136 Speed, and 99 Aptitude. It possesses the Heroic Power, Mind's Eye, Assassin, and StatusBarrier traits.
ZeedMillenniumon can DNA digivolve from Moon=Millenniummon and Gigadramon, if the base Digimon is at least level 77, with 77,000 Dark experience, and 450 attack.
