Yakiimon is a Vegetation Digimon. It resembles the shape of a roasted sweet potato. It undergoes intensive special training alone in order to achieve its goal of becoming a champion, improving its punching strength and footwork to the point that they cause its body to become piping hot. However, Yakiimon itself hasn't the slightest clue what kind of champion it wants to become, and simply continues to work hard.[2]
Attacks
- Beniazuma Uppercut: Uses its left fist, packed with piping hot steam, to strike the enemy and send them flying sky-high together with the rising heat.
- Beniazuma Straight: Uses its right fist to deliver a strike packed with all of its power.
Design[]
Yakiimon takes the form of a sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas) with its torso and calves wrapped in newspaper. It wears red and black boxing gloves and red and white sneakers.
