Tai and Agumon act as bait so that the jungle’s Digimon can safely escape. However, MetalGreymon's attacks are useless against the new Mega Digimon that stands in their way.
Summary[]
As Tai and Sora aid Lopmon in evacuating the Budmon and Woodmon to safety, Tai and Agumon decide to serve as a decoy to draw the enemy Digimon away while Sora and Biyomon help Lopmon with the evacuation.
The enemy horde of Allomon, commanded by a Vegiemon, soon engage Tai and Agumon, soon aided by a Parrotmon that digivolves into its Mega form of Eaglemon, overpowering even MetalGreymon Alterous Mode. For a moment, it seems as if they've beaten Tai and MetalGreymon, and Eaglemon moves in for the killing strike.
However, Tai and his partner's refusal to give up and still able to fight empowers the Crest of Courage to allow MetalGreymon to digivolve into his own Mega form of WarGreymon. Realizing the threat, Vegiemon orders the Allomon to open fire, as does Eaglemon, but Vegiemon's smirk at thinking they've destroyed Tai and WarGreymon changes to a look of disbelief when it is revealed that the attack was blocked by WarGreymon's Brave Shield. Flying high into the air, WarGreymon goads Eaglemon into attacking him again, only to then unleash a massive Terra Force that engulfs Eaglemon, who screeches in agony before being deleted, before the attack slams into the ground and explodes with such force, the entire Allomon horde, including a stunned, awestruck Vegiemon, meets the same fate, as Sora, Biyomon, and Lopmon watch from the shelter they got the Budmon and Woodmon to, before seeing Tai and WarGreymon soar overhead in triumph.

DarkKnightmon. This Ultimate Digimon digivolves from SkullKnightmon, and may seem like a lump of metal, but is a truly clever and determined warrior. This Digimon looks cool and stylish. But after I posted that into the Encyclopedia, Kabuterimon said, "I'm way more stylish than that tin can!" and deleted it! |
Quotes[]
- WarGreymon: "Polly want a cracker?! Fine. Eat up! Terra Force!"
- —WarGreymon mocking Crossmon before slaying him, Vegiemon, and the Allomon.
