Tai and WarGreymon are back to take on the revived Millenniummon. The rest of the DigiDestined are trapped inside a prison chamber of time and space. Tai and WarGreymon begin the decisive battle.
Millenniummon has been revived, but Tai and Agumon have survived the destruction of Machinedramon's power cores. After making sure the two of them can still fight, Agumon digivolves into WarGreymon again to face off with Millenniummon. Meanwhile, the rest of the DigiDestined have been trapped within the orb of darkness in Millenniummon's mouth, imprisoned in a warp of time and space, which Millenniummon intends to crush to end their lives before they can stop him, and shows off its power with causing two large explosions that incinerate anything in the impact zones. Meanwhile, Gabumon is encouraged to digivolve again into MetalGarurumon and attempt to stop Millenniummon from crushing everyone by compacting the data, using his power to slow the compression down. This encourages the rest of the DigiDestined's Chosen Digimon to follow suit, but Millenniummon still proves too strong, overpowering WarGreymon and continues to crush the others in its jaws.
However, the DigiDestined's Crests resonate, reviving WarGreymon, who forces Millenniummon to release the orb from his mouth, at which point, MagnaAngemon and Angewomon digivolve into their Mega forms of Goldramon and Magnadramon, freeing the rest of the DigiDestined and protecting them in orbs of their own power. Millenniummon proves resilient, but in the end, he proves to be stronger as he digivolves into ZeedMillenniummon and prepares to destroy the Digital World. However, the hope of all the Digimon gives WarGreymon strength. ZeedMillennimmon's attacks and WarGreymon's empowered Gaia Force prove to be equally powerful until Goldramon and Magnadramon make the empowered Gaia Force even stronger. ZeedMillenniummon is obliterated, never to threaten the Digital World ever again. As the skies clear and the sun shines through, the DigiDestined stand tall at having destroyed ZeedMillenniummon and ensured he will never return.

Miscellaneous trivia
The way that WarGreymon's Terra Force is empowered to destroy ZeedMillenniummon is similar to how the Spirit Bomb works in the Dragonball anime series: an energy ball powered by the energy donated by living beings across one or more worlds with energy also being drawn from the world itself. Before consuming and destroying ZeedMillenniummon, the attack also takes on the signature blue color of the Spirit Bomb rather than the Terra Force's usual orange.
