The team comes across a karaoke house that is apparently haunted.
Summary[]
Sirenmon is singing the first ending song for "Adventure:" with three people at a karaoke bar up until she gets horrifying sounding and a giant arm reaches from the screen that terrifies the humans.
Ruli takes the team to a shrine to find the fox statue and an offering as they search for the Hologram Ghost due to a rumor, before finding Youkomon on the rooftop, who seems to be annoyed at the Hologram Ghosts showing up. The team heads to the karaoke bar, where Angoramon explains that a Hologram Ghost will appear when someone sings a certain song. They prepare a stakeout on the fifth floor to see if there really was a ghost and soon meet up with a terrified Kiyoshiro and Jellymon, who also saw the rumor of the ghost's sightings, giving Ruli the chance to post it on her phone. Meanwhile, the girl who was singing becomes haunted by Sirenmon.
As the team tries to get the ghost to appear again with Ruli singing, Angoramon senses the girl's haunting on the second floor and the six quickly head there to find her getting tangled up by the same arm from earlier. Jellymon asks the Hologram Ghost who it is, only for it to escape and the creeped-out humans leave.
Ruli goes to an elevator to hear an advertisement for the latest hits, featuring over 80 million children's songs. When it plays the same song from earlier, she tries to press the phone button to call someone, but it doesn't work, and soon she encounters the same Hologram Ghost from earlier, who orders her to listen to her song as it tangles her up with its arm. The others hear her cries for help and they find her just in time as they recognize the ghost as Sirenmon, who escapes, prompting Jellymon to chase her. Kiyoshiro sees if he can access the network to see how Sirenmon is travelling there and cuts off the access to the outside. This enrages Sirenmon and flies off to the TV screens on billboards, using its song to overwhelm everyone.
The group head to the Digital World, where they hide and fight Sirenmon's notes. Gammamon Digivolves into BeetleGammamon and Angoramon carries him around to get higher so Sirenmon's attacks can't be reflected off objects. Hiro sings along to output everyone, except Sirenmon and explains that songs communicate what the singer is feeling. Sirenmon understands this, revealing that she came to the human world to sing her song, but everyone was scared when she did it, so she goes to the train to learn how to communicate with people.
As Gammamon practices his singing, Kiyoshiro wonders why BeetleGammamon turned back.
