Tekkamon is an Ultimate Level Machine Digimon that looks like Giromon except he has no horns, wields a sword and is purple. His name comes from the Japanese word "tekka"men, which means iron mask. He was created by an evil hacker with the purpose of countering the "Net Keeper", Giromon.
Digimon World
Tekkamon first appeared as a mini-boss before SkullGreymon in the basement of Grey Lord's Mansion. Later he can be found in Colosseum Tournaments and the Back Dimension.

Tekkamon belongs to the Dark Speciality, however, it is mistakenly stated to be a Champion Digimon in this game.

Tekkamon digivolves from Nanimon, and can digivolve further into Piedmon.
Digimon World Dawn and Dusk
Tekkamon is #270, and is an Ultimate-level, HPtype-class, Machine-species Digimon with a resistance to the Steel element and weakness to the Water element. Its basic stats are 210 HP, 240 MP, 121 Attack, 115 Defense, 90 Spirit, 104 Speed, and 55 Aptitude. It possesses the Powerful 4, ThunderSign4, and Critical 3 traits.
It dwells in the Magnet Mine.
Tekkamon digivolves from Omekamon and can digivolve to Puppetmon. In order to digivolve or degenerate to Tekkamon, your Digimon must be at least level 37, with 150 speed and 170 attack.
Tekkamon can also DNA digivolve from Tsuchidarumon and Thundermon, if the base Digimon is at least level 32, with 3100 Machine experience, and 195 attack. Tekkamon can DNA digivolve to Boltmon with Volcamon, to BomberNanimon with Mushroomon, or to Zanbamon with Kabukimon.
Attacks
- Electronic Blast Sword (斬電剣 Zandenken?): Loads electrical power in his sword and then he gathers flames on it for a shocking-exploding single slash.
- Slamming Skull (Skull Stand): A super hard head-butt causes explosion upon contact.
