Even though later sources corrected the name (which exactly?), isn't our policy to use the dubbed anime name, then dubbed bandai name, etc.? I understand that we use Cherubimon in place of Kerpymon, and I'm not suggesting we change that, but did Wendigomon ever appear again in the anime? Or was it named in the credits, maybe? I know that the CCG, at least, still used Endigomon. Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 22:17, September 11, 2009 (UTC)

IIRC, Frontier turned Kerpymon into Cherubimon, so that's consistent at least.
Credits only list him as "Little Kokomon" for the actual Kokomon and "Kokomon" for Wendigomon. Lanate (talk) 00:40, September 12, 2009 (UTC)
Basically, I don't know of any English sources that actually call him Wendigomon—all of the cards use "Endigomon".Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 02:35, September 12, 2009 (UTC)
In continuation, it's Wendigomon in Dawn/Dusk. Which leads to a question: What do we consider first, cards or video game? I know we have an anime first policy... But personally I'm not sure I want to use Endigomon for the same reasons I don't want to use Bebydomon. Lanate (talk) 15:20, December 8, 2009 (UTC)
I would say video games, since they have story. Where's bebydomon from? Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 16:47, December 8, 2009 (UTC)
Babydmon in Digimon World Championship. Worse than BioSupinomon. Lanate (talk) 18:15, December 8, 2009 (UTC)

Dark Digivolution[]

This is another wiki translation (not Wikimon, but the Battle Spirits wiki), so I've put it here for verification, but they translate the Battle Spirits card for Wendigomon to say "Out of rage and hatred, Lopmon underwent 'Darkness Digivolution' and turned into a berserking beastman Digimon." from the translation of "[成熟期・獣人型・ウィルス種] ロップモンが怒りや憎しみによって 「暗黒進化」をしてしまった、凶暴な獣人型デジモン。" if this is the case, then we have another example of dark digivolution This one is based on the Lopmon/Wendigomon of Willis.Marcusbwfc (talk) 23:26, November 9, 2018 (UTC)
