Kotone is the younger sister of Nene in the Digimon Xros Wars manga. In XWM07, Kotone is revealed to also be a General, but has fallen into a deep sleep and that Nene has inquired Dark Knightmon's help to awaken her. Dark Knightmon however plans to make her his new General, controlling her with the help of Shademon In XWM09 it is revealed that Kotone is Nene's only living relative, meaning she replaces Yuu in this continuity.
