Etymology of Crossmon[]
Is it possible that 'Cross' is actually the misspell of 'Cloth'? Just like the Cloth in Saint Seiya, Crossmon is covered in gold armor.--Rhivana|I don't know, but I love Darkus now. 01:17, October 28, 2014 (UTC)
- Debatable but unlikely. Crossmon is the official romanization, and I can't seem to find any connection beyond the golden armor, which plenty of Digimon have. Lanate (talk) 03:16, October 28, 2014 (UTC)
- Hmm...yet the explanation for 'Cross' is rather subtle to me. You first need to explain the term 'invader' into that 'outsiders crossing into the Digital World' and Crossmon is the one destroying them then you finally get the meaning of 'Cross'...which is quite unapparent.
- Even it's official Romanization, there are still some chance they get misspelled...like Gryzmon and Murmukusmon.--Rhivana|I don't know, but I love Darkus now. 03:34, October 28, 2014 (UTC)
