I'm sure a cursed axe has appeared in mythology, though off the top of my head, I can only think of the Tinman. Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 06:03, December 10, 2010 (UTC)

So, I asked CloneWarrior to send me the full credits of the second season so far, and in ep 37, the credits use the name BeastAxemon instead of Axemon. What do we do with this? Do we consider it a retcon? Is the name Axemon or BeastAxemon used anywhere in the episode? Anime... PAAWAA!!! 03:11, April 4, 2015 (UTC)

Yes, it's what we did in 02. I think. Was that "latest name", or "earliest name in its latest release"?Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 03:32, April 6, 2015 (UTC)
It's still Axemon according to the Nicktoons videos:

This is likely like what happened with Mermaimon since Axemon doesn't even appear in the credits despite having a line in the episode.

One odd thing I found re-watching the credits though is that SkullKnightmon has a different actor from AxeKnightmon as the former is apparently voiced by Neil Kaplan. Chimera-gui (talk) 22:12, November 14, 2015 (UTC)
Okay, re-watched 37 and while the credits do call Axemon "Beast Axemon", Ewan himself says "Axemon" so it is the same issue as Mermaimon. By the way, Axemon is voiced by Kirk Thorton. Chimera-gui (talk) 22:42, November 14, 2015 (UTC)
