Auto-dub[]

Daemon (Ultra) is autodubbed. we dont have him called "Demon (Super Ultimate)". The Arcadiamon's were autodubbed for over a decade until Hackers Memory gave the undubbed ones names. I'm pretty sure using precedent this should be "Argomon (In-Training) (or Fresh, I'd use In-Training to match Arcadiamon (In-Training)). Also the Eosmon.Marcusbwfc (talk) 03:19, March 20, 2020 (UTC)

Daemon and Arcadiamon were both from before species were given individual pages while Eosmon is only using the English level name which I don't count as auto-dubbing since we use English level names even for undubbed species. Chimera-gui (talk) 03:38, March 20, 2020 (UTC)
well that still means changing this to Fresh or In-Training. I vote In-Training, cuz Arcadiamon. I personally think we can treat this similar to mode changes. also doenst that technically imply we should be renaming Daemon (Ultra) to "Demon (Ultra)"? that page is still auto-dubbed.Marcusbwfc (talk) 03:41, March 20, 2020 (UTC)
Except Arcadiamon (Baby) was explicitly stated to be In-Training level in Hacker's Memory while most Japanese material treat it, KoDokugumon and TorikaraBallmon as just "Baby" level with no Roman numeral.

Algomon (Baby) however may very well be Fresh level given its resemblance to Kuramon. I would also rather leave Daemon (Ultra) as is in case it gets dubbed later. Chimera-gui (talk) 04:12, March 20, 2020 (UTC)
"I would also rather leave Daemon (Ultra) as is in case it gets dubbed later." isnt that the same situation here, then? Daemon Ultra has a 1% chance to get dubbed, whilst this guy is 99% (daemon ultra with all that copyright nonsense from v-tamer might never even get used again ever). KoDokugumon was In-Training in season 1 of Soul Chaser, though I suppose you said "japanese media". also there's the fact X forms are autodubbed. This isn't like veedramon and masterveedramon.Marcusbwfc (talk) 04:24, March 20, 2020 (UTC)
Just to be clear, "auto-dubbing" refers to stuff like NeoMyotismon, but from before the dub actually named it that. Going Algomon > Argomon in this case wouldn't be auto-dubbing, because that's a discrete name (not a portion) that has been previously localized. If this was called something like "PetiAlgomon", though, auto-dubbing would be if we called that "DemiArgomon".Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 12:48, March 20, 2020 (UTC)
yeah that's why I mentioned MasterVeedramon. So basically this should be argomon. What should we do for the parser? Fresh or in training?Marcusbwfc (talk) 13:31, March 20, 2020 (UTC)
Fair enough, I wasn't sure if it was auto-dubbing or not so I erred on it being so. And we're using In-Training as the dub for generic Younenki level until we know what the actual level is. Chimera-gui (talk) 20:49, March 20, 2020 (UTC)

Name[]

So this video on bandai's channel includes english subtitles submitted by bandai, and they name the digimon "argomon". this is probably a localisation rather than a romanisation but its interesting. (click the subtitle button) it also uses "izzy", so theyre localised subtitles. (it doesnt say autogenerated, which means they were included by the youtuber, in this case, bandai)Marcusbwfc (talk) 02:19, April 5, 2020 (UTC)

Leucochloridium: Design base?[]
