Quartzmon is an Unidentified Digimon. It is a colossal Digimon that continues to absorb data and amplify its power. The large wicked globe that corresponds to the majority of its body is a fusion reactor that generates Quartzmon's power source, the "Gyuputo particles", from the data it absorbed. Quartzmon's true body is at the top, and can act away from the large wicked globe, and it's also possible for it to change its form. It has a greed for the data of the entire world, and completely swallows and absorbs Digimon and humans.[3]

Attacks

  • Gyuputo Ryūshi Hou (ギュプト粒子砲? lit. "Gyuputo Particle Cannon"): Radiates the Gyuputo particles generated from its large wicked globe to the entire surroundings, and if anyone touches them even slightly, its body will be wiped out without leaving any spread data.
  • Ruin Blast: Pours Gyuputo particles inside a seized enemy's body through its tentacles, and causes an internal explosion.

Digimon Ghost Game[]

Quartzmon is the leader of a mass exodus consisting of a huge group of Fresh and In-Training Digimon stored within his mouth and body and the Great Evil Globe. He's trying to nurture the Digimon stored inside him by spreading his clones all over Japan masquerading as food, expecting people to eat them by accident and have all of the food they eat transferred to his copies. This results in his victims starving and resorting to any method they could to find food. The clones can also mutate the mouths and limbs of anyone infected to resemble him. He makes Ruli Tsukiyono one of his victims when he mixed a copy into a bowl of chocolate pellets she's eating, causing her to end up in hospital with Mummymon.

Hiro Amanokawa and Kiyoshiro Higashimitarai defeat him by having Gammamon and Jellymon digivolve to Siriusmon and Amphimon. Angoramon then carries a heavily weakened Ruli and asks him to turn everyone back to normal. He initially refuses, insisting that he had to take care of the Digimon he's carrying inside him, but the group was able to convince him to restore everyone back to normal.

Shortly after defeating him, Clockmon and Airdramon arrive and Clockmon warns the Tamers about a large amount of Digimon entering the human world. Gluttony
