Orochimon is a Demon Dragon Digimon whose name and design are derived from the mythical Orochi (大蛇?). It is gigantic and possesses eight heads, though only the black one in the middle is a real head. The roots of Orochimon's creation are old, and even in the Ancient Digital World its menace was thing immemorial, but although it was a being that could drive an Area to the very brink of destruction, it was sealed due to the tamer of a "being" which sought to preserve the harmony of the Digital World.[2]

D-Ark 1.0
Orochimon is a wild Digimon with 12 HP and 3 AP. It is #36 in the D-Ark Notes, and its code is 
-224. It appears as the boss of Secret B, and as an enemy in Area 5. Orochimon is replaced by Pandamon in the D-Ark 1.5.
Digimon Xros Wars
Orochimon is a member of the Bagra Army and serves under MadLeomon. It is contained in a cage but released by MadLeomon in order to crush resistance in the Green Zone. MadLeomon sends it after Taiki Kudou, Zenjirou Tsurugi, and Akari Hinomoto when he discovers them in the forest, and Orochimon proceeds to trap them against a cliff-face. Before it can finish the humans off, however, Shoutmon and Ballistamon intervene. Orochimon is then absorbed by MadLeomon to form MadLeomon (Orochi Mode), and when that form is defeated, Orochimon is deleted. Shoutmon, Roar!

Orochimon can Burst Digivolve from Reppamon.

Orochimon appears in the fourth Northwest area of Forest Coliseum and can be unlocked by winning the "Power" mini-game.
Attacks
- Ame no Murakumo[3]: Makes the tip of its tail become as sharp as a sword, then cuts apart the opponent.
- Inferno Blast (酒ブレス Sake Breath?): Gets the opponent completely drunk by intoxicating them with its alcohol-laden breath.
