The Monitamon are ninja Digimon with monitors for heads that are used to spy on the other armies and for communication between Nene's team and the rest of Fusion Fighters.

Appearance

Six Monitamon are members of the Fusion Fighters: Three green elites that travel with Nene and three red "dropouts" that travel with Mikey.

The Hi-VisionMonitamons are the DigiFuse of three Monitamons, either from the rookie red or the experienced green trios. The DigiFuse greatly enhances the Monitamons' attacks and scanning capabilities Ewan and The Land of Illusion, and grants them the ability to produce illusions. Take a Stand, Christopher! Fusion Fighters' Rescue Mission!

While the Fusion Fighters are in the Warrior Zone, the Bagra Army soldier Musyamon corners Jeremy, and Nene fuses the three rookie Monitamons into Hi-VisionMonitamon to hold off Musyamon until Mikey brings in Shoutmon X5 to even the odds. When Shoutmon X5 is in a bind, literally, Hi-VisionMonitamon frees him for the finishing blow. Monitamission Impossible! Hi-VisionMonitamon is pivotal to the operation to rescue the captured Fusion Fighters in Dragonland by projecting an illusion over Dracomon, allowing the Dragon Digimon to place the necessary bombs.
