Monitamon is a Braun Digimon. A ninja Digimon with a hobby of Digimon-watching wherever it goes, it is always observing someone. While it insists that it is a ninja, what it is doing is the very act of stalking. If you happen to see one of them, you had better believe that there are thirty of them around you. Although it freely uses several ninjutsu, none of them have very great power. What should be noted is not its fighting strength but its ability of "Information Sharing". This lets it record acquired information and share it with fellow Monitamon, so Monitamon's observations of good as well as bad and shameful things are spread faster than light.[2] It carries the "Monitamon Backpack" (モニタモンドセル Monitamon Randoseru?).[3] Monitamon often play with their friend Ignitemon and during its free time, it will watch a comedy Digitalk show on Monitamon's screen and burst into laughter.[4]

- Konohagakure (木の葉隠れ? lit. "Foliage Concealment"): Hides itself with a foliage.
- Suiton no Jutsu (水遁の術? lit. "Water Concealment Technique"): Hides itself beneath the water.
Design[]
Monitamon are short ninjas with CRT monitors for heads. They display their emotions as images on the screen. Monitamon's green body, protruding square-shaped mouth, and segmented pipe extending from the sides of its mouth to the back of its head make it resemble MS-06 Zaku II.
