Metallicdramon is a Sky Dragon Digimon. A Digimon that flies at the highest altitudes of the Digital World at the speed of light, even other flying Digimon cannot catch sight of it. According to one theory, it is said that if Metallicdramon flaps its wings from high in the sky, mysterious particles will be scattered that preserve the harmony of the Digital World. It seems that when Metallicdramon reduces its altitude so that it is visible, it is a sign that something is about to happen.[2]
Attacks
- Laser Cannon: Annihilates things in a straight line with a powerful beam that it accumulates in the laser gun on its tail. The light that is emitted the moment this technique is invoked can be seen from 10km away, and those who have witnessed it directly at close range are blinded by its overwhelming radiance.
- Laser Saber: Fixes the laser on its tail to being a sword, then charges and slashes at high speed.

A rogue NPC located at the Ruby Mountain used a powerful Metallicdramon/Volcanicdramon deck that relies on their mutual effects to play the other Dragon upon deletion. It was able to defeat Yuuki's Impmon/Beelzemon deck, but the new cards Yuuki received as a consolation prize allow her to construct a new Dark/Evil Dragon deck that can sidestep its primary effects. DEBUG.1-1 In the rematch, the NPC has its Jazarichmon digivolve into Metallicdramon. Fortunately, with her new deck's effects Yuuki is able to prepare her play area with sacrificial Digimon, so that when she digivolves Loudmon to HeavyMetaldramon and deletes Metallicdramon with its effect, allowing her opponent to play Volcanicdramon, she can survive its deletion effect.
