MagnaAngemon (Priest Mode) is an Archangel Digimon. MagnaAngemon's mission in the Digital World is as a law enforcement officer, and it has the duty of supervising and monitoring the many Angel Digimon. It is the speaker for the essence of "Light" trying to preserve the order of the Digital World, and is usually in the shape of a priest. It has a personality replete with gentleness and kindness when it is in this Priest Mode, but when the Digital World is shrouded by the essence of "Darkness", it changes into its Battle Mode and attacks the evil.[3]
Attacks
- Heaven's Gate: Uses its sword to manifest a door leading to a subspace from which there is no return, and consigns the opponent to oblivion through it.
- Soul Banish: Hits its sword on the ground to create a shockwave.

Name used in the Digimon Visual Dictionary. Name shares romanization with MagnaAngemon. Some media render the "(Priest Mode)" as "Priest Mode" (神官モード?)[4], shorten it to "S" from "Shinkan" (神官?)[5], or leave it out entirely.[6]
