It is very cautious and good at caring for people. It and Youko can be regarded as complementary to each other.[1]

- Tear Shot: Concentrates power in its forehead antenna, then fires a beautiful water orb at the opponent.
Fiction[]
When Youko was 4 years old, she fell into the Digital World from the rift in the Internet and became good friends with Lunamon and got the proof of the bond between her and Lunamon - a D-Seed. However, when Youko returned to the human world, she left the D-Seed in the Digital World. With the passage of time, she also forgot this memory, until Lunamon came back to Youko with the D-Seed two years later.[2]
Nine years later, when Lunamon and Youko first meet the Protagonist, Satoru Sakamoto, and Agumon, they battle them and lose.
Lunamon had not directly told Youko of their previous memories together, though Youko knew after it digivolved to Lekismon, from its words, that it was not the first time it had digivolved. She didn't want to disclose any more information, though.[2]
Other Forms[]
Lekismon[]
Lekismon is Lunamon's Champion form.
When Lucemon is attacked by a Devimon, Lunamon digivolves to Lekismon to help protect Lucemon alongside Greymon and BaoHuckmon.
Some time later, they are about to have a rematch with the Protagonist (Lunamon having lost as Lunamon once before), with Lunamon about to digivolve but Lunamon stops the digivolution when Alice Yazawa and Lalamon arrive due to Youko no longer caring about the battle as she was fangirling over Alice instead.
Shortly afterwards they have their rematch, with Lunamon digivolving to Lekismon. Lekismon is defeated once again, however.
They later spar against Shin Takeda and Mushroomon, with Lekismon defeating Woodmon.
Crescemon[]
Crescemon is Lunamon's Ultimate form.
When Youko Aragaki was 4 years old, she fell into the Digital World from the rift in the Internet and became good friends with Crescemon. At the critical moment when Youko encountered danger, Crescemon digivolved into Dianamon to protect her.[2]
Dianamon[]
Dianamon is Lunamon's Mega form.
