Digimon Adventure 02

Lou rides on Tortomon, leading all the Digimon across America to Central Park in New York City. He receives Phil's call for help in dealing with a hostile Cherrymon. He arrives to help them out and sees that the Cherrymon has overpowered the partner Digimon of Davis, Mimi, Michael and Phil. Maria and Steve then arrive shortly. They introduce themselves and help the others defeat the Cherrymon.

As they bring all the Digimon to Central Park, he and Davis get acquainted with each other. Davis then sends all the Digimon back to the Digital World. He and the other American DigiDestined cheer for a job well done just before Mimi's parents arrive. When they ask where the Digimon are, he and the others answer them by pretending not to know what they're talking about. Digimon World Tour, Pt. 1

In the battle against MaloMyotismon. he is in the streets of New York, raising his Digivice with Mimi, Michael, Maria, Lou, and Steve. After calling out the name of his partner Digimon and sending the light of his Digivice to the sky, he is transported to the Digital World along with his fellow American DigiDestined. Partner Digimon

Tortomon

Tortomon is Lou's Partner Digimon. Shortly after the Christmas of 2002, wild Digimon appeared all over the world. Tortomon and his partner Lou helped escort the escaped Digimon around America to a rendezvous point in New York City so that they could be returned to the Digital World. When Tortomon and Lou arrive alongside Maria, Centarumon, Steve, and Frigimon, they find that a Cherrymon being escorted by Phil had gone berserk and began attacking the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center, and was being fought off by Flarerizamon, ExVeemon, Lillymon, and Seadramon. The newly-arrived Digimon are able to weaken Cherrymon long enough for Flarerizamon and the Japanese Digimon to knock the tree Digimon unconscious. Tortomon later makes an appearance during the final battle against MaloMyotismon, and lends his energy to the DigiDestined to defeat the demon lord Digimon.
