Kyukimon is a Mysterious Beast Digimon. It is a Digimon with an appearance resembling the "Kamaitachi", a legendary yōkai. The hairs that cover it from head to toe indiscriminately tear anything in their surroundings to pieces with their sharp edges, so it is definitely a deadly weapon-like bladed beast. Its speed is fast, and it tears the whole body to pieces while raising a whirlwind.

Attacks

• Blade Twister: Creates a tornado around the enemy, and minces them with a vacuum blade.
• Sanrensei (三連星, Sanrensei^?): Shoots diamond-shaped seals from its brow.

Design

Its design incorporates elements from the mythological kamaitachi.

Digimon World 3

Kotemon can digivolve to Kyukimon at level 20. Kyukimon can also appear after Kotemon Blast Digivolves under level 19. For the other Rookie Digimon, Dinohyumon must reach level 50. If Kyukimon reaches level 99 for the Rookie Digimon other than Kotemon, it will unlock GuardiAngemon.

Kyukimon unlocks MetalMamemon for Kotemon at level 20 with 140 Machine Tolerance, Growlmon for Monmon at level 20 with 320 Speed, and Hookmon for Renamon at level 20.

If Kotemon is not chosen as a partner Digimon, Kyukimon is found in the Suzaku Underground Lake and gives its DDNA energy, which once given to the DRI Agent in Mobius Desert gives Kotemon as a partner Digimon.

It is also a White Ultimate card with 30/30.

Digimon World DS

Kyukimon digivolves from Dinohyumon at level 22, and can further digivolve into GuardiAngemon when you meet the requirements.

Digimon World Dawn/Dusk

Kyukimon is #238, and is an Ultimate-level, Attacker-class, Beast-species Digimon with a resistance to the Earth element and weakness to the Fire element. Its basic stats are 209 HP, 232 MP, 132 Attack, 113 Defense, 90 Spirit, 118 Speed, and 48 Aptitude. It possesses the Powerful 4, Sniper 3, and EX Damage3 traits.

Kyukimon digivolves from Apemon and can digivolve to Kuzuhamon. In order to digivolve or degenerate to Kyukimon, your Digimon must be at least level 34, with 4000 Beast experience and 180 speed.

Kyukimon can also DNA digivolve from Reppamon and Snimon, if the base Digimon is at least level 35, with 3500 Beast experience, and 210 speed. Kyukimon can DNA digivolve to Sakuyamon with Kabukimon, or to SlashAngemon with Giromon or Piximon.

Kyukimon can be hatched from the Nature Egg.

Digimon Story: Super Xros Wars Blue and Red

Kyukimon DigiFuses from Reppamon, Snimon, and Kyubimon, and can DigiFuse to Craniamon with Knightmon and Meteormon, or to Magnadramon with Angewomon, MegaKabuterimon (Red), and Airdramon.
