Synopsis
The D-Reaper is continuing to threaten Calumon, so the Sovereigns ask him to release his power. The DigiGnomes arrive and grant Calumon's wish to help all the Digimon by spreading his light over the entire digital world. Mega digimon start appearing from everywhere. Calumon faints, but Rika catches him. Suddenly something crashes into the ground, which Kenta pulls out. It is a small pink mega digimon, MarineAngemon, who seems attached to Kenta, but Kenta sends it on its way as part of the army. Yamaki and Janyu message the Tamers, telling them that they have 40 minutes to reach the ark that has been sent to retrieve them. They leave in one of Azulongmon's clouds. The D-Reaper goo shoots after them, but hits Earth, causing errors in the Hypnos mainframe. When the tamers reach where they first arrived, Rika and Renamon go out to search for Impmon. Back at Hypnos, Janyu Wong comes up with the idea of using free memory on PCs all over the world to calculate the ark's path. Rika and Renamon find Impmon and head back towards the path of light. The arc arrives and the Tamers have to decide whether or not to get on without Rika and Renamon.
