The eight DigiDestined finally come together. They make a pit stop at the so-called Digimon’s oasis. There, Joe befriends a potato-loving Digimon, but his new friend’s love and sorrow over fries cause trouble.
With the DigiDestined reunited at last, their next stop on Komondomon is a Digimon pit stop where good food is served by a Burgermon and its Kunemon waiters. Meanwhile, Komondomon is washed up by a Lunamon and reunites with some of the Komondomon that were revived with it that were at the pit stop as well, with the DigiDestined helping out with washing Komondomon.
Joe goes ballistic about the fries not being eaten until a Potamon shows up and engorges on them as much as Joe loves them. Then Burgermon reveals that they are discontinuing the fries, causing Potamon to run off in heartbreak, where in its anger, it digivolves into Jagamon and goes on a rampage, drawing the attention of the DigiDestined. During the fight, Joe drops his fries, and Jagamon eats them, causing Joe to realize the Jagamon is Potamon. Asking for the other DigiDestined to help him, Joe has Ikkakumon evolve into Zudomon, and with Angewomon's help with empowering Zudomon's Vulcan's Hammer with her Celestial Arrow, Joe uses it to snap Jagamon out of its berserker state, and with Jagamon's potatoes, Burgermon is able to create all new recipes and provide Jagamon with plenty of fries to keep it happy. With some extra soap bubbles provided by Lunamon for Komondomon to wash up anytime it wants, the DigiDestined depart from their new friends to continue on their journey.
