Fei Wong Tomoe Ignacio (フェイ・ウォン・巴・イグナシオ Fei Won Tomoe Igunashio?) is a member of Zaxon's executive staff. She is partnered to TigerVespamon. Her Enjoy! Chat avatar is a brown monkey named Fei.
Appearance
Fei is a young woman with light blue eyes, brown hair, which is worn in a large odango, apparently formed by braids, and a small chest. She wears a yellow hairclip in the right side of the hair black and yellow cropped cheongsam, and a white and light blue jacket with a white losangle in the light blue part of the arm, and black gloves. The white and light blue parts of the jackets are separated by a blue borders. She wears a yellow cloth tied in the waist like a belt, black pants with a yellow vertical line on each side, and black and white sneakers.
Description
Fei has an absolute sense of loyalty to her team leader and will calmly purge teammates if they don't follow orders.[1] She is half-Japanese, one quarter Chinese, and one quarter Brazilian.[2]
In Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth - Hacker's Memory in a file it is revealed that Fei Wong is the daughter of Japanese and Chinese parents born in Brazil.
Hacker's Memory also confirms what the first game hints heavily, that she is in fact a lesbian in love with Yuuko Kamishiro. Her ideal partner is described as female, with her describing Yuuko specifically and that she wants to cook "her" a "perfect meal". When pressed by Keisuke Amasawa on what their relationship is, with Keisuke teasing that they seem like lovers, Fei is shocked but then becomes extremely happy at the thought of dating Yuuko and states that she "likes the sound of that", though Yuuko "wasn't listening" and states that Fei is someone "precious" to her, which Fei decides to accept whilst shocked that Yuuko actually cares about her.

- Ja: Tomoe (巴?). A Japanese surname that references the tomoe.
- Ignacio. A Spanish surname. Possibly a reference to Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, a former president of Brazil.
