Botamon's Digi-Egg is red with green fog patterned stripes.

Botamon Botamon is DemiTyrannomon's Fresh form. Botamon appears when DemiTyrannomon digivolves to Tyrannomon. When SlashAngemon tests Chris, DemiTyrannomon is dedigivolved back into Botamon whom Chris doesn't recognize as his partner. When the two face off against three Allomon, Chris's courage to protect Botamon causes the Crest of Courage to appear in front of Botamon, allowing him to summon a manifestation of Tyrannomon to destroy the three enemy Digimon. After Chris speaks with SlashAngemon, Botamon is DemiTyrannomon again.

Koromon Koromon is DemiTyrannomon's In-Training form. After Chris Matthews is transported to the Network, he spots an injured Koromon flung away after being attacked. Disregarding the risk to himself, Chrischi leaps out to catch Koromon as they fall. The Crest of Courage shines, and Koromon digivolves to DemiTyrannomon as Chrischi obtains a Digivice:. Koromon appears when DemiTyrannomon digivolves to Tyrannomon.

Tyrannomon Tyrannomon is DemiTyrannomon's Champion form. After he is injured by Arcadiamon's Champion form, DemiTyrannomon digivolves to Tyrannomon and then defeats Arcadiamon, which stops the trains from colliding. When Chris is in danger from three Allomon, his Crest of Courage allows Botamon to summon a partial manifestation of Tyrannomon who destroys the three enemy Digimon. While chasing the DigiDestined into Negamon's white void, DemiTyrannomon digivolves into Tyrannomon to face the four attacking Champion Arcadiamon. Tyrannomon easily defeats the four Arcadiamon before destroying them all with one attack. When several more Champion Arcadiamon attack, the others digivolve to Champion as well to finish them off. Tyrannomon subsequently digivolves into MetalTyrannomon and then RustTyrannomon to face the Mega Arcadiamon and Negamon. Attacks Fire Breath: Breathes out intense flames and burns the enemy. Slash Claw (Slash Nail): Tears the opponent to ribbons with his powerful claws. Dino Kick: Adds strength from his back to his front and lets out a kick. Wild Buster: Rams into the enemy with heavy damage.

MetalTyrannomon MetalTyrannomon is DemiTyrannomon's Ultimate form. During the fight against MetalGreymon, Chris and Tyrannomon's determination causes Tyrannomon to digivolve into MetalTyrannomon who destroys the evil Ultimate Digimon. After confusing a swarm of attacking Kabuterimon using mirror rocks, Tyrannomon digivolves into MetalTyrannomon and destroys the evil insect Digimon as they charge at him. Attacks Fire Blast II: Fires a missile from its right arm. Nuclear Laser: Fires an energy shell from its left arm.

RustTyrannomon File:RustTyrannomon b.jpg RustTyrannomon is DemiTyrannomon's Mega form. In the past, RustTyrannomon was part of the Holy Digimon Army that fought against the Dark Digimon Army. The only survivors were six Digi-Eggs, implied to belong to Eaglemon, MachGrizzlymon, GranKuwagamon, RustTyrannomon, Lotosmon, and Regalecusmon. After Eaglemon, Lotosmon, Regalecusmon and GranKuwagamon were destroyed, Apollomon and Dianamon made RustTyrannomon and MachGrizzlymon DNA Digivolve into TBD who destroyed Armageddemon with one strike. While fighting Volcdramon, MetalTyrannomon's refusal to give up causes him to summon a manifestation of RustTyrannomon who destroys the evil Ultimate Digimon with his Terror Cluster. The battle exhausts Chris's partner so much that he dedigivolves back into DemiTyrannomon immediately afterwards. MetalTyrannomon digivolves to RustTyrannomon properly during the battle against Phoenixmon. With one Terror Cluster, RustTyrannomon destroys Phoenixmon, Vegiemon and several Allomon. RustTyrannomon's appearance restores Terriermon's lost memories. MetalTyrannomon digivolves into RustTyrannomon shortly thereafter for a second time to destroy Reapermon, puncturing Reapermon's armor with his claws and then blasting the wound with a small point-blank Terror Cluster. During the final battle with Armageddemon, RustTyrannomon destroys the evil Digimon with a Terror Cluster empowered by all of the Digimon friends that the DigiDestined have made along the way. RustTyrannomon later destroys a swarm of Arcadiamon (Champion) with a single Terror Cluster leaving only the Ultimate Arcadiamon standing. RustTyrannomon battles against a Shakkoumon and nearly destroys him with a Terror Cluster. However, Parrotmon intercepts the attack, forcing RustTyrannomon to cancel it out in order to stop his friend from being destroyed. Parrotmon then convinces RustTyrannomon to let her and Sora handle the Shakkoumon instead. While explaining the great power that could stop the end of the world, SlashAngemon shows Chris a vision of RustTyrannomon and MachGrizzlymon being defeated by Armageddemon and then DNA Digivolving into TBD. Attacks Terrors Cluster: Extends the gun battery on its back forward and fires the large electromagnetic cannon. Rust Breath: Spews deep scarlet flames, the same color as its body, which have a rusting effect on that which is touched by its front. Rust Claw: Attacks the enemy with its razor-sharp claws.
