Description[]

Falcomon is strong and stern, though there are times when he acts even goofier than his partner, Minoru.[1] Falcomon has a brave and powerful personality that reflects the type of hero that Minoru wants to become.[2]

Falcomon and Minoru's relationship is initially more superficial than an actual legitimate bond. When fake versions of their partners try to trick the children, Minoru is able to figure out which is the Falcomon but unlike the others who were able to figure it out due to their bond — Minoru never actually figured it out and simply picked at random, luckily managing to pick the right one. When Falcomon finds this out he becomes enraged. Their relationship worsens after they see Lopmon dark evolve and attack Shuuji, with Minoru now terrified that Falcomon would do the same thing. Falcomon tries his best to tell Minoru that would never happen but Minoru instead follows in Shuuji's footsteps and becomes a bully, insulting his partner. Further upset with Minoru, Falcomon ends their partnership and leaves the group. The Professor tells the group that a dark evolution happens when the Tamer has negative thoughts as the partners evolutions are linked to their humans emotions which has Minoru realize that if Falcomon ever did dark evolve it would be his fault, not Falcomon's. He tries to apologize to Falcomon multiple times but Falcomon refuses to re-join Minoru stating that Minoru only uses him for his power and never actually cared about him. When Garurumon kidnaps Miyuki Minase Minoru tries to join the battle to save her though realizes he can't. Falcomon arrives and agrees to restart the partnership, stating that he was in the wrong too as he had turned him down as he was also scared he would dark evolve and attack Minoru. They both realize they need to find the courage to go on even if there was a chance that would happen with both deciding to trust the other that it would never happen. Their bond then becomes a true one having gone through such an ordeal. These events also happen in the truthful route, where Lopmon doesn't dark evolve, with Minoru instead scared that Falcomon would attack him with dark fog like Lopmon nearly did to Shuuji.

  • Scratch Smash: Scratches with its wing claws.

Falcomon and the others first try to talk to the Gazimon, though they instead attack Minoru — with Falcomon protecting his partner. The Gazimon act disgusted that a Digimon would side with humans and try to kill Falcomon, only for Minoru to return the favor and block the attack. This causes Falcomon to evolve to Diatrymon, who then helps defend everyone against the Gazimon. The Gazimon then escape with Fangmon, who had been watching the battle from afar.

Crowmon s

Crowmon is Falcomon's Ultimate form.

When Minoru goes out into the deep forest on his own to practice superhero catchphrases, he is attacked by a Guardromon due to being too absorbed in it to pay attention to his surroundings. Falcomon and Takuma Momozuka run out to save him and tell him to get to safety though he refuses to do so since it wouldn't be fair if he was the only one hiding. Falcomon struggles in its fight with Guadromon, with Minoru upset at the fact he was useless and would never be a hero. Falcomon tells him that just wanting to be a hero already shows he has strength, with Falcomon's pep talk cheering up Minoru. With both of them deciding they want to be strong together just like Takuma and Agumon their shared desire causes Falcomon to warp evolve to Crowmon. Crowmon then defeats Guardromon.

Attacks

  • Savage Emperor (甕布都神 Mikafutsu-no-kami?, lit. "God of the Jug and Cloth Capital")[4]: Concentrates the energy produced from the Dokkosho on both of its wings in its foreleg, then fires it, causing its opponent to have its digital cells disassembled to a state of "0"s and "1"s.

Varodurumon[]

Varodurumon s

Varodurumon is one of Falcomon's Mega forms.

One time, when Falcomon and Minoru Hinata hang out in the deep forest, they are attacked by a MarineDevimon. Takuma Momozuka arrives and sees the battle and leaves to get Agumon so that he can help out in the tough fight. Minoru and Falcomon stall it whilst waiting for Takuma to return though the fight proves to be too difficult for them. Minoru is about to give up, though comes to the realization that he can't just rely on the others and should use his own strength to fight even if he can't call himself a super hero. With Minoru expressing his desire to defeat his enemies no matter what, Falcomon responds by evolving to Varodurumon. It then defeats the MarineDevimon.

Attacks

  • Aurora Undulation: Amplifies his purifying light to its maximum and emits it with enough power to pulverize even a star. Because it is emitted at the speed of light, it is nearly impossible to evade.

Zhuqiaomon[]

This happnens in the truthful route.
Zhuqiaomon s

Zhuqiaomon is one of Falcomon's Mega forms.

When Falcomon and the others are resting at the school having gained the power of three of the Four Sovereign Monsters, Suzaku Ghost, comes out of the shrine under the school and starts haunting them. As they get more and more scared, he mind controls Falcomon and the other partners and has them go to the gym where they then vanish.

Takuma is able to find the entrance to a well by using his phone in the gym. The group go to the bottom of the well, which caves in on them as they reach the bottom. They wind up falling into the shrine where they are reunited with their partners, though they are unable to hear them. Zhuqiaomon confronts the group, angry that they would refer to the Kemonogami as their partners. They tell him about how they want to defeat Master and save the World, though Zhuqiaomon doubts their abilities since they were just children and the Sovereign Monsters had failed before. They beg for him to release their partners, which just pisses him off even more assuming they just wanted to use them as tools. Zhuqiaomon commands their partners to kill them, with them attacking their partners, though the humans are eventually able to snap them out of it. Zhuqiaomon is surprised to see this and admits their bonds are strong, but still doesn't understand why they would be friends with humans when they will just betray them one day. After being defeated by the humans, it is surprised with Suzaku Ghost appearing and stating that humans had managed to make a new fate for the world during the last one thousand years. Reunited with his partner for the first time in nearly one thousand years, Zhuqiaomon is shocked, and Suzaku Ghost asks him to help the humans. He agrees, stating that they shouldn't be punished due to the actions of his partner since they had nothing to do with his crimes. He gives Falcomon the power to evolve to Zhuqiaomon so that they use his power to defeat master, and them teleports them out of the shrine.

Attacks

  • Crimson Blaze (紅焔 Kouen?): Releases a swirl of flames comparable to the prominences which jet out during a solar eruption.
