Dracmon is Kaito Shinonome's Partner Kemonogami.

Description

Dracmon loves to pull pranks and doesn't know the concept of fear. Dracmon maintains its good relationship with Kaito by keeping its distance, but also helps Kaito calm down and think carefully before he acts.

Dracmon is one of the nicest Kemonogami in the group, and simply wants everyone to get along. This tends to cause him to butt head with Kaito though they usually get over their arguments quickly. Dracmon is able to shrug off insults, which Dracmon considers to be good, since Kaito insults him pretty often. Though most of the insults come from banter, some of them are intended to hurt Dracmon with Dracmon stating if he wasn't so laid back could end up hurting his feelings. Though they argue a lot, it's more like a sibling rivalry and Dracmon is one of the only ones able to calm Kaito down when he gets mad with Kaito realizing it's because they're destined partners. This doesn't always come to pass however, as Kaito sometimes does shady things, which Dracmon tries to talk him out of only to support him in doing them anyway because as his partner, he has to. Generally, whilst doing said shady things, Dracmon tells him what he thinks of the things Kaito is doing and is usually able to convince him to stop doing them, showing how true their partnership is. When Dracmon knows that he himself isn't enough to snap Kaito out of his angry spells, his charisma is able to talk the others into doing exactly what they need to do to snap him out of it. Though their partnership is close, Kaito always reminds him that he will kill him if he turns on him with Dracmon quick to remind him that he will never do that but will go blow to blow with Kaito if he to stop him feels it's the only way to stop him from doing things he doesn't actually want to do, always knowing Kaito's true feelings due to their partnership.

In the harmonious route, Kaito turns on the others with his mental state taking a turn for the worst after losing Miu Shinonome. His desire for revenge sees him decide to kill not only every single Kemonogami, but the other children as well — blaming them all for what happened to her. Deep down he blames himself more, feeling he was too weak to protect her, but still sets out on his bloodthirsty path for revenge. Dracmon tries his best to stop him but to no avail, and simply supports his destined partner despite knowing he was doing the wrong thing. His thirst for revenge goes so far that he even teams up with Piedmon and decides to destroy not just the alternate world, but the human world as well, claiming it would be avenging Miu by doing so. He forces Dracmon to fuse with Piedmon, knowing full well that doing so would result in Dracmon no longer existing with the new entity, Boltboutamon, having a mind of its own rather than retaining Dracmon's (or Piedmon's). Dracmon didn't want to do it, but went along with it as Kaito's heart showed that he truly wanted it to happen leaving Dracmon no choice but to listen to him despite it essentially causing his own death.

Attacks

• Eye of Nightmares (Eye of Nightmare): Casts a spell from the evil eyes on the palms of its hands which causes those who look into it to have their hearts completely dominated by Dracmon.

Other Forms

Sangloupmon

Sangloupmon is Dracmon's Champion form.

When Dracmon becomes Kaito's partner, unlike the other Kemonogami partners, he was already able to evolve to the Champion level.

Attacks

• Sticker Blade: Flings thousands of tiny blades and instantaneously skewers the opponent from within.

Myotismon

Dracmon may never gain this evolution during the various routes depending on affinity and route choices.

Myotismon is Dracmon's Ultimate form. Attacks Night Raid: Manipulates a countless swarm of bats, and begins a surprise attack.

This only happens if Kaito's affinity reaches 30.

When Kaito and Dracmon argue about his obsession with Miu Shinonome in the deep forest Takuma Momozuka watches it from afar thinking they can't see him. As he watches them, he is too absorbed in doing so and is attacked by a Kiwimon. Kaito and Dracmon run to his side to defend him though Dracmon struggles in the fight. Kaito wishes he had more power so he could use it to protect Miu and also himself with Dracmon asking if he was giving up. Kaito says no and that he will protect Miu by grabbing hold of any power that allows him to do so with this desire for power causing Dracmon to warp evolve to Myotismon. Myotismon then defeats Kiwimon. He then warns Kaito not to misuse this power, or it would rebound back against Kaito himself and cause him harm.

This happens in the harmonious route.

When Kaito leaves the group after Kenzoku are able to kill Miu Shinonome, said events cause him to go off on a blood thirsty path of revenge wanting to kill not just all Kemonogami but his now former friends as well — blaming them all for her death. When he screams in the forest about how he needs more power to be able to kill them all, Piedmon approaches him and asks him if he is serious about this. Kaito confirms he is serious, and agrees to team up with Piedmon — despite Dracmon begging him not to — stating that if Piedmon turns on him he'll just be the next one on his kill list. Piedmon, still wounded from his previous fights with the children, tells Kaito that even if he didnt kill him right now he would still die shortly anyway due to said wounds. Promising him the power to be able to achieve his new goal, he tells Kaito to have Dracmon evolve to Myotismon (meaning if Kaito hadn't reached 30 affinity and already had Dracmon evolve to Myotismon, then Dracmon instead gained Myotismon as an evolution during this murderous rampage) and tells him to have Myotismon fuse with him. Both Kaito and Dracmon doubt Piedmon, with Kaito not wanting to lose his partner and Dracmon thinking he was just tricking them since he will die if he doesn't fuse with them. Piedmon points out that by fusing, he would also lose his consciousness and simply wanted to fuse with him so that their new fusion could get revenge on Master. Feeling like he has no choice, Kaito forces Dracmon to perform the fusion and despite not wanting to Dracmon agrees to do it since he just wants to support his partner. As the fusion happens, Dracmon says goodbye and that he considered Kaito to be his brother, indicating that he considered this fusion to be his death. Dracmon warp evolves to Myotismon and then fuses with Piedmon to form Boltboutamon.

Beelzemon

This only happens if Kaito's affinity reaches 70. It can not happen in the Harmonious route.

Beelzemon is Dracmon's Mega form. When one of Miu Shinonome's Palmon friends goes missing in the deep forest, she has Takuma Momozuka help her find him. The duo find Kaito Shinonome protecting Palmon, with him having been attacked by a MegaSeadramon. As Dracmon struggles to defeat it, Palmon tells him to just run away and save himself. Kaito yells at Palmon for having said that and states that he will protect Palmon as he means a lot to Miu. Kaito demands more power to be able to protect Miu, with Dracmon telling him to believe in him. Kaito tells Dracmon to get more power so they can protect Miu, with Dracmon responding by warp evolving to Beelzemon. Beelzemon defeats MegaSeadramon, with Palmon and Miu thanking them for saving him. Attacks Double Impact: Rapid-fires the Berenjena.
