Kiyoshiro is pestered by Jellymon, who is playing pranks on him.
Summary[]
A power surge has triggered and snakes have emerged from the ground, haunting Kiyoshiro, and drawing the attention of Hiro and Gammamon.
When Kiyoshiro goes to his room, he finds a VB and writing in blood on the ceiling that says "put this on". He is scared even further while being forced to put the VB on by a Hologram Ghost. When he does, he is horrified to find a jellyfish-like Digimon in his room as it inserts the dim to materialize itself, introducing herself as Jellymon and Hiro and Gammamon show up. Before Kiyoshiro begs for help, he explains he was troubled by a strange phenomenon last night and programmed a virtual talisman, which he hacked a lot trying to get an alarm going off when the Hologram Ghosts appear. Jellymon begins to sense something coming as the power surges and snakes grow even worse.
Meanwhile, Ruli has finished studying her math in the self-study room and is about to move on to literature before noticing that Angoramon is worried about the situation that's happening. In Kiyoshiro's room, Gammamon finds out that the blood is actually ketchup. Kiyoshiro asks Jellymon if she's making fun of him, and she replies she is, extracting her humanoid body that scares Kiyoshiro even more and orders him to call her "Jellymon-sama". Jellymon begins to observe Kiyoshiro's life, who was called a prodigy when he was a child in the United States, where he studied and skipped one grade after another, earning his master's degree at the age of 13. He then suddenly returned to Japan. She also notices that he loves manga and anime since he wanted to experience Japanese school life, though Kiyoshiro is annoyed at her knowing about his personality and life and asks why she is haunting him. Jellymon admits that she loves pranks and tortures Kiyoshiro as Gammamon gives Hiro the Digivice.
A gigantic Digimon then shows up in the city and more snakes emerge. Kiyoshiro and Hiro notice that someone hacked the digital money management system. Luckily, Jellymon figures out the code "YENOM", which is spelled "MONEY" backwards. The four witness the enormous Digimon, which they observe it as Majiramon, an envoy of the god of wealth, along with its leaders Quetzalmon, Rabbitmon, and Oryxmon. The white snakes then begin to infest the dorm. Jellymon then meets Angoramon, who is busy calling Hiro and explains that Majiramon's duty is to wealth and it is mad because someone has stopped the flow of wealth. When not forgiven, a giant tail will fall upon them, a powerful light will gather in the sky and then 108 arrows of light will rain down to pierce their body, which terrifies Kiyoshiro even more.
The team goes to Digital World with Jellymon and Kiyoshiro teaming up to hack. Gammamon Digivolves into BeetleGammon to confront Majiramon's leaders, but Hiro, Ruli, and Angoramon get caught. Before Majiramon punishes the foursome with 108 arrows, Kiyoshiro swallows his fears to fight back, using Jellymon's Bibi Thunder for the first time, destroying the talisman in the process to return the flow of wealth. He then apologizes to Majiramon for his actions that caused this and once Majiramon leaves, his dorm is returned to normal, along with the digital money system and transactions.
