The DigiMemories (デジメモリ Dejimemori?) are items which resemble Memory Sticks and appear in Digimon Fusion. The data of "legendary Digimon" are stored on them, and they can be used with the X Loader to summon those Digimon. They depict an official Bandai image of a Digimon along with their name, the character for "Technique" (技 Waza?) written inside a green hexagon, and one of their Special Moves displayed at the bottom. After they have been used they cannot be used in the same zone again, evident by the images becoming pitch black.
Digimon Xros Loader
DigiMemory memory sticks, based on the ones that appear in Digimon Fusion, can be used to summon "legendary Digimon". They usually come included with models from either the Sofubi Digital Monster Series, which is based on the Digimon of a particular figure, or the Digimon Xros Figure Series, which include DigiMemories that appear in series. Most of the DigiMemories also appear as cards in the Super Digica Taisen card and game series, which can also be used with the Digimon X Arena.

The Digimon represented by the fifteen DigiMemories were once a chivalric order that protected the Digital World. Setting Off On a New Journey!! The Great Tokyo Showdown!! When Bagramon learned of the Human World and decided to conquer it, they fought against him and were able to hold him back for a time. However, the growth of digital technology in the Human World caused the two worlds to become closer and closer, eventually destabilizing the core and causing it to shatter into the one hundred and eight Code Crowns. This explosion reduced the knights to spiritual remnants, which took the form of the DigiMemories. A Glorious DigiXros, Seize It! Our Future!! Most of the DigiMemories were scattered around the Digital World, but Examon and WarGreymon's were left adrift in the Digital Space, and Omnimon's was catapulted all the way to Kōtō in the Human World. Setting Off On a New Journey!! The Great Tokyo Showdown!!
While Shoutmon X2 fights against Neptunmon's Ebidramon in the Island Zone, KingWhamon informs the group of the existence of another "treasure" besides the Code Crown, the "memories of the legendary heroes", hoping that the relics will help Xros Heart. ChibiKamemon goes after the DigiMemories, and retrieves a case containing the Agumon, Garurumon, Leviamon, MagnaAngemon, and MarineAngemon DigiMemories. DigiMemory, Shine! Nene reported Taiki's find to Kiriha in order to manipulate him, and as she expected, Kiriha went straight to the Island Zone. He finds Xros Heart under seige by Neptunmon's forces, and offers to defeat the Bagra forces in exchange for Taiki's DigiMemories. However, Taiki declines, as he's determined to find his own way out of the situation. X4, The Crisis Breakthrough!
In the Sand Zone, Taiki learns that although the DigiMemories can only be used once per Zone, they are restored to full power once their owner transfers to another Zone. Later, after passing a test to see if they are worthy of the Sand Zone's Code Crown, Xros Heart is given the Guilmon, Veemon, Patamon, and Darkdramon DigiMemories. Near the end of the battle against Twilight and Laylamon in the Dust Zone, Puppetmon finds the MetalGarurumon DigiMemory and passes it to Taiki, who uses it to take out Laylamon's fleet of Tankmon. Showdown! DarkKnightmon VS Xros Heart!
In the fight against Arkadimon (Ultimate) in the Digital Space, Persiamon reveals that she had been holding on to the Gatomon and Impmon DigiMemories, as well as the Veemon and Darkdramon DigiMemories from the Sand Zone, but had forgotten to tell the rest of Xros Heart about them until now. Wisemon, The Secret of the Digital World!
After Xros Heart and Blue Flare defeat Tactimon at the Sword Zone, Bagramon attacks them with his "Choujigen Storm", sending Taiki, Akari, Zenjirou, Shoutmon, and even Tactimon through the Digital Space to the Human World. As Tactimon drifts toward the Human World, he runs into the Examon and WarGreymon DigiMemories, who latch onto him but get stuck in the threshold to the Human World when Tactimon passes through it. A Glorious DigiXros, Seize It! Our Future!! Soon after Taiki, Akari, Zenjirou, and Shoutmon reach Kōtō in the Human World, they find Omnimon's DigiMemory. However, Omnimon himself appears when they use it. He explains the DigiMemories to them, as well as revealing that he was the one who gave Taiki his X Loader and invited him to the Digital World. Soon afterward, Tactimon attacks Tokyo, and Taiki rushes to stop him. After Shoutmon digivolves to OmegaShoutmon and destroys Tactimon, the children ask Omnimon to return them to the Digital World, but Omnimon only has enough power to return Taiki and Shoutmon. Setting Off On a New Journey!! The Great Tokyo Showdown!!

When Bagramon begins D5 by attacking the Human World with a petrifation attack, the Examon and WarGreymon DigiMemories see Akari and Zenjirou fleeing and shout out for the children to pull them out of the threshold. As soon as they get free, they produce a protective field that saves the children and DigiMemories from Bagramon's attack. From there, the Akari and Zenjirou are able to find the other members of the Xros Heart United Army, who have been cast into a dark oblivion by DarknessBagramon's "Eternal Darkmare" technique. After rescuing Taiki and reuniting with the other thirteen DigiMemories, Examon and WarGreymon explain their ancient battle with Bagramon, then use their power alongside the other DigiMemories to revive Omnimon. The DigiMemories and children land in Koto, where DarknessBagramon has already amassed his army, and while the rest of the Xros Heart United Army runs interference, Taiki has "Deputymon + Dorulu Cannon + Digimon Catapult" fire him and the DigiMemories directly at the Dark Stone in DarknessBagramon's chest, so that he can retrieve Shoutmon and the Code Crown. The DigiMemories get Taiki inside the Dark Stone, as well as Akari and Cutemon who had decided to tag along, but go dormant due to the negative energies within the Dark Stone. However, once the Code Crown gives itself to Taiki and revives his fallen allies, he returns to the rest of his army alongside Shoutmon and Beelzemon. With the Code Crown's power, the DigiMemories themselves are reborn as their original selves, and join their power with the Xros Heart United Army and all the Digimon of the Digital World to create the ultimate DigiXros, Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode. A Glorious DigiXros, Seize It! Our Future!!

Later, during Xros Heart's battle with Neptunmon's Ebidramon, ChibiKamemon retrieves a box containing five of the legendary DigiMemories for Taiki, and the set includes the Agumon DigiMemory. When Xros Heart later gets trapped in the Digital Space without Taiki and is attacked by Laylamon's Arkadimon (Ultimate), Persiamon reveals that she had been holding on to several DigiMemories, including the Darkdramon DigiMemory, but had forgotten to tell the others about them until now. Zenjirou attempts to use the Darkdramon DigiMemory against Arkadimon, but it refuses to activate. During Xros Heart's battle with Neptunmon's Ebidramon in the Island Zone, ChibiTortomon retrieves a box containing the five DigiCards that included the Leviamon DigiCard. Taiki then summons Leviamon, who uses his tails to cause a water sprout to send Ebidramon into the air so he can rip one of the Digimon's pinchers off with his "Rostrum" attack. DigiMemory, Shine! Taiki keeps the Leviamon DigiCard until he is rescued from Bagramon's "Eternal Darkmare" by Akari and Zenjirou, at which point the fifteen DigiCard reunite. Once Taiki retrieves Shoutmon, Beelzemon, and the Code Crown from within DarknessBagramon's Dark Stone, Leviamon is completely revived and becomes material for the formation of Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode. Our Future!! Ending up in the human world, Omnimon played a role in the beginning of Taiki's adventure by secretly giving him the Xros Loader and sending him into the Digital World. Taiki, Go to Another World! When Taiki and his friends were sent to the Real World by Bagramon, Omnimon reveals himself to them before utilizing the last of his power to send Taiki and Shoutmon back to the Digital World to stop Bagramon. His DigiMemory is kept by Akari and Zenjirou until they rescued Taiki from Bagramon's "Eternal Darkmare" and the fifteen DigiMemories reunite. Once Taiki revives Shoutmon and Beelzemon while retrieving the Code Crown from within DarknessBagramon's Dark Stone, Omnimon is fully revived and aids Xros Heart in the final battle by DigiXrossing with Shoutmon and all their allies into Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode.
