CrysPaledramon is a Dragonkin Digimon. It is a Digimon that only a select few Paledramon are said to be able to digivolve into. The shell of ice it has grown has changed into armor that covers its entire body, drastically raising its defensive and offensive power. Thanks to the icicles mounted on its wings, it now remains unchanged when facing any hot Digimon. Also, it can even control air currents due to the cold air it blasts from its thrusters, allowing it to fly at higher speeds even during snowstorms.[2]

Attacks

  • Bīngrèn Fúyóupào (冰刃浮游炮? lit. "Ice Sword Floating Cannon")
  • Jílèdòngtǔ (极乐冻土? lit. "Paradise Frozen Soil")
  • Frozen Claw: Tears the enemy to pieces with the ice claws equipped to both of its arms, and then freezes their wounds.
  • Callous Dimension: Generates a snowsquall which causes everything around it to be frozen in ice, including the enemy.

Design[]

CrysPaledramon is a white humanoid dragon Digimon that has ice covering most of its body such as its limbs, and head which resembles a crown. Behind its crown, is spiky white hair that stretches around its neck. It wears armor throughout its body in blue and light blue with an exposed white abdomen. The wings of this Digimon are two metal extensions holding two large icicles that are shaped like rockets.

Fiction[]

Digimon Liberator[]

On one of Frozen Knight's turns in its duel against Shoto Kazama, it digivolves a copy of EX7-020: Paledramon in its Breeding Area into EX7-021: CrysPaledramon for 3 memory — ending its turn. On Frozen Knight's next turn, it moves CrysPaledramon from the Breeding Area to the Battle Area then uses it to attack Shoto's suspended ST18-10: GrandGalemon. CrysPaledramon uses the inherited effects of EX7-016: Bulucomon and EX7-020: Paledramon, stripping GrandGalemon of both of its digivolution sources — leaving it with none. It then uses its Ice Clad ability to have the battle compare digivolution sources instead of DP. As CrysPaldramon has two, and GrandGalemon has none, it destroys GrandGalemon. It then pays 4 memory to digivolve CrysPaledramon into EX7-023: Hexeblaumon, putting Shoto onto two memory. When Hexeblaumon attacks Shoto on Frozen Knight's next turn, it is able to use its inherited effect to give Hexeblaumon Security Attack +1 and Piercing due to Shoto's ST18-08: Galemon's having no digivolution sources. CrysPaledramon being one of Hexeblaumon's four digivolution sources also works in Frozen Knight's favor, as it allows Frozen Knight to use various effects and Shoto to be unable to use various effects.
