Cometmon is an Astronomy Appmon. An Appmon with extensive knowledge of celestial matters. It has the ability to interfere with gravity, and can create meteorites at any time by influencing planets.[2]

Cometmon appears to take the form of a giant, dragon-headed planetoid with craters covering its entire body, and volcanoes covering the entire top section. It also has spikes stretching from the bottom front craters, and has a green and white energy ring orbiting around it. Like most Appmon, it has two cables that enable it to Applink.
