Fresh is translated as "In-Training I" in Digimon World Championship, so I think we can assume for the other "only 1 level of Baby" games, that it is not meant as a separate level. I think the refs should be amended to "translated as", and the categories removed.

We currently assume that all Fresh Digimon listed as "In-Training" are mistakes, and categorize them as both Fresh and In-Training.. However, Digimon World Championship explicitly mentions "In-Training I" and "In-Training II", meaning that it is using "In-Training" to refer to the entire Baby level, not just the second stage. Especially since the Dusk/DS/Battle games were released so close to Championship, and since we never had a really ironed-down name for Fresh level anyway, they are probably using the same dub, so we don't have to say they are listing varying different levels.(ಠ_ೃ) Bully! 22:38, November 28, 2010 (UTC)
