The warriors make their way to the Flame Terminal, under attack by SkullSatamon. Bokomon and Neemon try to convince the survivors to help defend their home.
Summary[]
Though disheartened by the loss of the Village of Beginnings, the DigiDestined nonetheless take strength from the fact that all of the Spirits are on their side. Their musings are interrupted by a flock of Poyomon, who bring news of the Village of Flames's imminent destruction by a scary Digimon. Remembering the town they first took a step in, as well as Bokomon's and Neemon's hometown, the DigiDestined resolve to save it. They flag down a passing Trailmon (Angler) to head there. Lucemon grows impatient for his revival and orders his Royal Knights to gather more data.
SkullSatamon terrorizes the resident Digimon into telling him the location of the fractal code. The DigiDestined arrive just in time to see SkullSatamon ravage the land for its data. The remaining Digimon are already disillusioned to the ability of the DigiDestined to help, as their high hopes for the DigiDestined to protect them have been dashed by the Royal Knights' rampage and the steady worsening of the Digital World. The DigiDestined, however, counter by igniting their fighting spirit. SkullSatamon responds by summoning his brother, which scatters the coalition Digimon, and Takuya and Koji unified spirit evolve into EmperorGreymon and MagnaGarurumon. They stand up to SkullSatamon, verbally eviscerating their goals as well as Lucemon to give hope back to the Digimon. The SkullSatamon, however, reveal their third brother and proceed to use the distraction to scare one of the residents into giving up the location of the data. As one last ditch effort, the Digimon fight back, giving MagnaGarurumon and EmperorGreymon the opportunity to defeat them. In the commotion, however, Crusadermon takes the chance to scan the Village. The Digimon who lived there, however, now have the will to fight and live for another day.
