Synopsis[]
Mikey and Shoutmon return to the Digital World and land in what appears to be a peaceful field of flowers, though the skyline is dominated by a dark Code Crown. Lillymon immediately tries to hide the pair once she catches sight of them and explains that Lord Bagra remade the world into his seven kingdoms, called Lands, and appointed the Dark Generals to rule over them. Lillymon reveals that they are now in Dragonland, and they come across the Fire-fury Army's attempt to execute Dracomon, who does not believe in abusing the weak. Mikey and Shoutmon intervene before the finishing strike but discover Shoutmon's inability to digivolve, so they are quickly surrounded. They are in turn saved by Christopher and the Blue Flare, who demand to face Dragonland's master, Dorbickmon. Dorbickmon obliges, displays the Dark Generals' ability to perform DigiFuse using a Darkness Loader, and quickly overwhelms the group, who only barely escapes into an underground tunnel. Undeterred, Dorbickmon's army flushes them out in lava, and Dracomon who is disappointed by Christopher due to his weakness, attempts to sacrifice himself to save the others as they saved them. Dracomon's bravery and peril induces Shoutmon's digivolution to OmniShoutmon. OmniShoutmon leads the escape and makes short work of the waiting forces, only to be caught in Dorbickmon's terrain trap.
