Alice Yazawa (矢泽 爱丽丝 Yazawa Alice?) is a main character in Digimon New Century. Her partner is Lalamon.

Appearance[]

Description[]

Alice is a popular idol and she looks cute and sweet. Alice is her stage name, she has superb acting skills, and a moving singing voice. The music masterpiece "Annoying Monday" won the No. 1 singles chart for three consecutive weeks. She played the leading actress in the campus youth movie "The Cat Knows I Like You" and was nominated for Best Actress in the movie.[2]

She performs mediocrely even after hard practice, and even missed the championship in the draft, so she hates dancing. Her exaggerated and cute way of speaking is to keep her idol persona. In fact, she is a very curious and slightly devious girl on the inside. She likes to make jokes upon her teammates, especially Satoru Sakamoto and Wu Hai. Her wish is to go to the amusement park with her friends once, but because of her popularity, this wish is really hard to come true.[3] Because of her idol status, Alice has always been alienated by people of the same gender, so she cherishes the pure friendship from Youko Aragaki very much.[3] Unlike Alice’s "fanatic fans", Youko can get along with Alice with the attitude of an ordinary person, which makes Alice, who never had a friend of the same age as her, feel the value of friendship.[4]
