I can name a few.
Patamon
DemiVeemon
Calumon
MarineAngemon
Cutemon
I'll give honorable mention to Gatomon coz she's a cat
Not that I don't like attractive anime girls but I don't like them to be too "fanservice-y" like Kazemon
Season 3 didn't even get dubbed, the dub ends at Season 2 with Lord Bagra destroyed
What you you mean canon? Each Digimon series is its own universe, and therefore its own canon.
And I thought it was good, though I know many people didn't. (And I actually praise them for censoring suggestive content with female characters)
Kazemon was definitely the most "fanservice-y".
Which Digimon do you think would be powerful enough to defeat Mewtwo?
That reminds me, Dorulumon is on my list too due to his tail
Though his season is my least favorite of any I've seen, Veemon looks pretty cool, and also as Flamedramon.
Always thought Kabuterimon and MegaKabuterimon looked kinda cool. And MagnaAngemon.
Patamon, Calumon, MarineAngemon, and Cutemon are of course really adorable so they gain some points.
On a villain scale, Piedmon for being an evil clown who looks like a cross between Kefka and Dimentio. Gravimon also looks really cool in his own unique way, and so does Blastmon. Laylamon has the whole "evil queen of darkness" thing going. Honorable mention here to Splashmon.
Of course, top spot might still have to be Renamon, a humanoid fox with a floofy tail. (Even though my (strictly SFW) furry flame has blown out.)
I can name a few.

Machinedramon is pretty high up my list too for similar reasons. Even just the extended moment where WarGreymon runs up to Machinedramon before slashing him was pretty awesome. And it makes sense he would one-shot him because his claw is super-effective against "dramon" Digimon.
Really good points about Mummymon, especially given Arukenimon's fear in her final moments. He even seemed determined to make MaloMyotismon fear him.
That'd be Jeri's doppelganger, I don't think she was given an offiical name. Some say Evil Jeri, some say J-Reaper (which is kinda what I decided to go with), and that was pretty cool.
So there is a glimmer of awesome battles in Tri as well.
I am kinda hoping I get to see 2020 dubbed to watch it through and reach that point with Millenniumon after his full arc. And Spirit Bomb, like with Buu.
So Ghost Game is already 22 episodes in and keeping up with this style? Sounds interesting. (Other than what you said I literally know nothing about it)
Adventure 01 - Myotismon. He starts out shadowed, already giving sinister vibes, he proves to be more malevolent than Devimon, his arc is the longest, he killed Wizardmon, and the scene where he is finally destroyed gives an immense sense of satisfaction, plus with Champions of the Digital World playing. (Probably my second favorite in all of anime, next to Frieza)
Adventure 02 - Again, MaloMyotismon, as the whole thing traces back to him and it seems like he has won, but Davis turns everything around by saying he wants to work at a noodle cart, and he is permanently (unless you go by Tri as canon) destroyed in rainbowfied glory.
Tamers - Harpymon. She's just a Monster of the Week (as opposed to D-Reaper, who is a close second), but Renamon destroys her with her tail (or more precisely, Kyubimon destroys her with her tails). I can say in all seriousness that Renamon takes out an enemy with her tail, combining two of my favorite elements, and with my favorite character of the series no less. Plus it occurs when she and Rika get back together after being divided for most of this episode and the entire previous episode.
Frontier - Lucemon, as the overarching antagonist, with a unique and spectacular effect for the series. A close second would be Cherubimon due to the spectacular rays of data and a somewhat beautiful moment where his spirit is purified and reunites with Seraphimon and Ophanimon.
Data Squad - Kurata the whole way. (There's only three permanent deaths of evil characters to choose from and to me he is the obvious choice) He's the overarching antagonist of the series, even though his arc isn't the last, the last arc traces back to his final action. Not to mention all the good Digimon he permanently killed. Just about everything he does makes this the darkest Digimon series, and while humans rarely die in the series, he is one such occurrence.
Fusion - Lord Bagra. As the main antagonist of the whole series for two seasons, and a Dark Lord, he finally meets his match in a swordfight with Shoutmon as x7 Superior Mode, and is stabbed, which is epic. He then disintegrates into data.
Tri, I never saw (nor do I go by as canon), and from what I hear there'd be only two to choose from, MetalSeadramon and Machinedramon.
Adventure 2020, I haven't seen as it hasn't yet been dubbed, but I did peek at the end of the Millenniumon fight and it looked pretty awesome. But I could decide when I see it. (If it's dubbed in my lifetime, but dub is on its way)
It would be interesting since one has fights to the death and the other has fights usually not to the death. Though of course Atsuhiro Tomioka wrote some epic Pokemon episodes. Of course, WarGreymon's Terra Force would just send Team Rocket blasting off again.
It was close between Adventure and Tamers, but I weighed them and decided that, although Adventure 01 killed off seven more main villains than Tamers (not counting movies), Tamers was ultimately better. Not just coz of Renamon either (besides, my (completely SFW) furry flame has blown out), but lots of particular fun moments and such, as well as some powerful moments.
The one that was eliminated is my third favorite. Then Frontier, then Data Squad, then Adventure 02. Haven't seen Tri, but I know I'd dislike if I did for multiple reasons.
That said, the villain/antagonist thing is likely not a factor in anyone else's decisions but a lot of them disliked it too.
I haven't seen it but I have heard enough about it to put me off from wanting to watch it or accept it as canon.
Disclaimer: Whatever I say here I will not hate on you for loving Tri, and plus I'm with you on Fusion. It's my third favorite Digimon series after Tamers and Adventure 01, and the others below aren't close. (And as for dub-exclusive, I always go by dubs and I am all for them censoring suggestive content)
For one, I hear the Digidestined act out of character in Tri.
Second, one thing I adore about Digimon is battles to the death against evil villains who are satisfying to see spectacularly go down. (I always had an interest in that kind of villain defeat due to watching Sailor Moon at a young age) Devimon, Etemon, Myotismon, the Dark Masters, Apocalymon, D-Reaper, Lucemon, Kurata, Lord Bagra, and sounds like Millenniumon and Negamon will follow.
But it sounds like, of the two "villains", one of them (King Drasil) gets off, and the other (Meicoomon), while dying, isn't so much evil as... either corrupted or unable to control her power, I can't remember which. Kinda like Kokomon in the Digimon: The Movie third segment. That makes it feel less fun to watch the battle and sad rather than satisfied to see her die.
Third, similar to the above point, it revives all the dead villains (likely excluding Diaboromon) and only re-kills MetalSeadramon and Machinedramon. Meaning, in Tri canon, Devimon, Etemon, Myotismon, Puppetmon, Piedmon, and Apocalymon live forever. It's one thing for a 2010's anime to not kill off any real villains (well, except two). It's another to undo what I loved most about Adventure 01. (Dragonball Super repeats this with one villain, but its most evil - Frieza!)
I go by Adventure 01 as a pure standalone timeline, Adventure 02 as a parallel timeline where similar events took place in the past (but different in some ways, as they would have to be due to Machinedramon with the whole Millenniumon thing), and Tri... I just ignore entirely. (No offense, plus I myself didn't mind the Star Wars sequel trilogy but still go by them as a separate universe from the first six films)
That's my reasoning, I know no one else is into that whole villain defeat thing like I am. Maybe I just have weird opinions too?
That would be interesting to see in the future. Hopefully people wouldn't pass sexist judgment on it like with Captain Marvel if they did. (I'm at least glad I've never heard that cited as a reason for hating Final Fantasy XIII)
I think the Digiegg could be a reincarnation similar to Kid Buu since I peeked at the Japanese scene and they said it's uncertain what his next life would be, so it won't be the same as Angemon and a different Digimon might hatch from that egg. So it could still have the climactic finish of Adventure, Adventure 02, Tamers, Frontier, and Fusion. (Plus Data Squad's overarching antagonist being the midway one)
But there is still the issue of high amounts of irrelevant filler episodes. Other than ones with MotW's (which I'd find fun, like if the Splashmon episode is that coz he is my favorite Fusion villain, I wonder if Christopher Corey Smith will return?), how many of those are there and how does it hinder the enjoyment of the series? (I imagine there's many between Millenniumon and the reveal of Negamon)
Let's hope the human race lasts until then. (Still, it'll take a long time to finish even though I already know how it ends. At least they didn't take four years this time)
Not sure yet. It looks like it could be interesting, but not sure how much interest I'd have in it.
(Regarding an earlier point of Negamon, my conclusion is a sort of reincarnation into someone else entirely kinda like Kid Buu and Uub. To an extent, Pride in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.)
I might give it a shot. When does this dub get released?
For as long as there is fear
A creeping shadow shall draw near.
Ironically I prefer Zero One over Zero Two for Digimon Adventure, and the other way around for Kirby.
Must be a Digimon tradition, just like Leomon dying
