Anyone ever notice the similar appearance to Kari and TK's sons? I know it was never actually stated that they ended up together, but you know what, it was never stated that Matt and Sora were either, but we can tell they were due to how much their kids look alike. But know who else looks like TK and Kari's sons, Matt's son (TK's nephew). Family resemblance? What more, both TK and Kari's sons also look like TK and Kari did as kids.
I very vividly remember that when the main characters fought machinedramon they fought him in a pit, but when I watched back today they killed him in a simple sewer tunnel. Am I remembering it wrong or am I looking at the wrong series?
Based on upcoming episode titles and Devimon taking his One-Winged Angel form DoneDevimon, it sounds like Devimon's going down next episode November 15th.
With talk of "Departure for a new continent", does this mean they're doing Etemon next, or will they jump straight to Myotismon, or maybe the Dark Masters? This is roughly the halfway point of the series already.

It has been bugging me for weeks now that Matt's dad knew Gabumon without an introduction and that Yukio Oikawa and Hiroki Hida know about the digital world. All three of them are way older than Daigo and Maki's group of digidestined so he can't be one of them. It is possible that Matt's dad knew Oikawa and Cody's dad, and that's how he learned about the digimon. But how did they learn about it in the first place? It is also stated that Cody's dad discovered that he could communicate with the Digital World through his game console then in middle school he meets Oikawa who could also communicate with the digital world. So it's possible Matt's dad could also have had access to the digital world.

This has always bothered me about Veemon. I mean, I like him well enough, but he's so over-used. Ok, that might be the right word for it, but it's like he's connected to everything special. Here, let me explain.
He's partnered with a DigiDestined, and one of the leaders at that.
He makes up 2 of the 12 Royal Knights (UlforceVeedramon and Magnamon).
He's the founder of the Royal Knights (Imperialdramon Paladin Mode).
He can Armor Digivolve with all but 2 of the Digimentals (Digi-Egg of Darkness and Digi-Egg of Desire).
He's one of the legendary Digimon who became a DigiCard.
He can Golden Armor Digivolve with both Golden Digimentals (Magnamon and GoldVeedramon).
He's one of the 8 Digimon who has an (official) Ultra level (UlforceVeedramon Future Mode).
Several of his Digivolutions have X forms (including UlforceVeedramon X and Magnamon X).
He one of the Miracle 4 (Magnamon).
He can become one of the 10 Legendary Warriors (Imperialdramon PM > AncientGreymon).
He can become one of the D-Brigade (AeroVeedramon > Darkdramon)
He's a member of the Dragon Roars.
He can become one of the Wind Guardians (AeroVeedramon).
If he DNA Digivolves with a Deva, he can become a Sovereign (Azulongmon).
He can become two of the Four Great Dragons (AeroVeedramon > Goldramon and Azulongmon).
He can become one of the 7 Demon Lord (Veedramon > MegaSeadramon > Leviamon).
He can become one of the 4 Dark Master (Veedramon > MegaSeadramon > MetalSeadramon).
He can become a member of the Crack Team (Veedramon > MegaSeadramon > MetalSeadramon > GigaSeadramon).
He can become a Deva (Veedramon > Majiramon).
As Flamedramon, he can DNA Digivolve with Agunimon to become one of the Olympus 12 (Apollomon).
I'm pretty sure there's more, but I can't think of them right now. But you see what I'm saying though, right? Not even Agumon (the series main Digimon), has this many group connections. It's like, ok, we get it, Veemon is cool and awesome, you don't need to throw everything and the kitchen sink into his character. There are literally over 2000 Digimon and counting, does everything need to center around Veemon? Use a different Digimon every once and awhile.
Like Metalgreymon is the ultimate level let's say he fights mega evolve Digimon on his own like Black wargreymon as an example.
If he uses that power that in 2020 had shown that new weapon on his right arm is that consider a new evolution form of higher ultimate level or its just same just upgrade weapon but can It be enough to win.
I dont remember that their was in this episode
I thinks mistake
Here's my quick reviews of each Digimon series I've seen, except Tri, which I haven't seen coz I didn't like what I heard about it.
Adventure 01: I love it having a really big rogues gallery of eight main villains (nine if you count Diaboromon in the movie), all of whom die at the end (I really love that due to Sailor Moon). From goofy villains like Puppetmon and Etemon to malevolent, sinister villains like Devimon, Myotismon, and Machinedramon, and Piedmon being like a Joker, Kefka, etc. Patamon's also adorable and his angelic digivolved forms are awesome. One of my three favorites.
Adventure 02: It just wasn't as fun as 01. It wasn't without redeeming value; I liked Veemon and his Flamedramon form, older TK and Kari, and Patamon digivolving to Pegasusmon. And while Myotismon's death is retconned, he is re-killed in rainbowfied glory. But aside from the style just not being fun some of the time, it sometimes felt too inconsistent due to writers not collaborating. Not to mention tying in with a game with SERIOUS continuity issues with both it and Adventure 01. So it's at the bottom of my list.
Tamers: Lots of fights to the death including 11 of the 12 Devas and one of the three main villains (though apparently D-Reaper's death is exclusive to the dub, but fortunately I go by dub). The twist too where Zhuqiaomon, after being the enemy for the longest arc, sides with them against D-Reaper and plays a vital role in its defeat alongside the other Sovereigns, who were pretty cool. Lots of moments of comedy, and it also felt like a pretty powerful moment when Yamaki put down his lighter (out of being impressed by humans working together to help the tamers) after playing with it so much throughout the series. And of course, Renamon. (Who even destroys Harpymon with her tails, DBZ gave me a love for tails) One of my three favorites.
Frontier: Not quite as fun as Adventure 01 or Tamers, but still pretty good. I've come to a conclusion as to the Digiegg and spirit physics, and while the death scenes are less straightforward due to scanning of fractal code, it's not really a bad thing, though there are far fewer of them than in its predecessors. I love the opening song and the visuals (especially concerning fractal code), and the journey into the shadowy territory where Cherubimon awaits them. Then the spectacular final fight with Lucemon. Also Grumblemon and Mercurymon inspired me to make my own elemental OC's, and Arbormon sounds like a gangster. (Not a fan of Ranamon despite her being a female character of water element) Though some episodes could get a little slow-paced. Also, while I'm sure many other male viewers would consider this a positive point, I found Kazemon way too "fanservice-y". Even Zoe's digivolution scene.
Data Squad: Not bad, but not quite as fun as Frontier. I mean, once Marcus and Thomas started working together it got better, some of the fight scenes were pretty good, and interesting new twist with Marcus having to punch the enemy to get Agumon to digivolve. Also Yoshi's kinda cute. (I do appreciate that, I just don't like when they're too suggestive) Merukimon was pretty cool, both as a villain and post redemption (too bad he had to die permanently), and interesting to have Gotsumon in a prominent role, but the King Drasil arc wasn't as fun and felt gloomy most of the time. Has the least number of permanent villain deaths at 3 (four counting the reformed Merukimon): SaberLeomon, Belphemon, and Kurata, who is arguably the ultimate antagonist of the series as Merukimon and Drasil's threats are a direct result of his actions (not to mention the collision of worlds), and they impressed me by destroying him as human deaths in Digimon are rare.
Fusion: Despite most people hating it, I loved it. Shoutmon was pretty fun to have around, and Dorulumon with his tail techniques. I love the style of going to different Zones and facing different enemies each time, almost like a video game. A lot of the villains felt compelling. It was good to see Apollomon destroy Whispered and be revived free of him. While most Season 1 villains were revived, the Three Generals and all the Dark Generals except the reformed Olegmon were permanently killed, along with AxeKnightmon and Lord Bagra. There were some comedy moments, and I didn't mind the fusion thing, and I praise their editing a swimsuit onto Angie instead of making her nude, and making Mervamon less suggestive. Disintegrations were often spectacular too. Also love the cameos of various Digimon throughout previous series. (I did a longer review a little bit down this list) One of my top three favorites.
When/if Adventure 2020 gets dubbed I'd like to check it out, looks like it has similar style to the series it's a reboot of, but cooler disintegrations, and Devimon main villain as in the first arc of Adventure 01, though where they are now he hasn't been defeated yet.

So in the bio for the attack Double Shot it states that Omegamon can shoot fire from it's Greysword hand but I've never seen this in any media. I want to know what did the attack originate from?
Feel free to do the same and say what you liked and disliked about them, but DON'T give anyone else a hard time for differing opinions. For instance, I know most of you probably hate Fusion (probably from a combination of the fusion system replacing digivolution, censoring Mervamon and a scene with Angie, and overall just having the classic anime style when it aired in 2013-2015), but I loved it. I'll respect you for disliking it, I expect you all to show me the same respect for loving it.
So here's my rating:
I haven't seen Tri but I've heard bits about it, and as I had a gut feeling I'd love Fusion, if I ever saw Tri I'd probably put it lowest.
I did check some clips of the Adventure 2020 battles, however, and I think, if it gets dubbed, I could definitely get into it. Assuming, of course, they beat Devimon by the end. And Etemon, Myotismon, the Dark Masters, and Apocalymon if they ever get to them. (I read it'll have 66 episodes, there's plenty of room to include Myotismon at least, unless they keep Devimon as main villain the whole way through)
My top three it's close between them, it's actually really hard for me to place them. They're almost tied.

So I saw all of Digimon Fusion. Despite almost everyone hating it, I had a gut feeling I'd enjoy it more than Frontier and Data Squad.
Two warnings before I proceed with my review:
1.) Please don't give me a hard time if you dislike Fusion. I respect you disliking it, please show me the same respect.
2.) If you haven't seen Fusion yet, it's really hard to find on DVD (except MAYBE this one site that might have the official box sets), so if you want to be able to rewatch them forever in the event they disappear from anywhere else you might be able to find them, you might not want to start. (I found them by pure luck at a store 30 minutes from where I live, only once I had them preserved did I start) Besides, you'd probably not enjoy it anyway.
So... here's my review.
It's exactly what I was looking for. Not perfect, but in my top three favorites for sure. (Other two being Adventure 01 and Tamers) I love it being all set in the digital world like Frontier (except part of the first episode and the last episodes of each season). It pretty much takes all the good parts of Tamers and Frontier and puts them in one. Or most of them, anyway.
Shoutmon was fun to have around, and Cutemon, and the other Fusion Fighter Digimon hanging around like Ballistamon, Pickmonz, etc. I kinda like Beastmon too. And of course Dorulumon, having an interest in tails due to Dragonball Z I love his tail attacks.
I also love the fights to the death present in Adventure 01 and Tamers, and while other Digimon series had this too, a lot of them here are final. (Well, the Zone commanders in Season 1 are revived and purified, but the Three Generals, the Dark Generals (except Olegmon, who reforms and is revived alongside the true Apollomon), AxeKnightmon, and Lord Bagra are killed off for real. Most of them felt pretty compelling in their own way. I'd say Blastmon's my favorite of the original generals (though I do like Tactimon's voice and Laylamon's whole "element of darkness" thing), and my top three favorite Dark Generals are Splashmon, NeoMyotismon, and Gravimon. (Olegmon would be next I think, but that's going by before his redemption, he almost fits into a different category afterwards as he's the only redeemable one, not counting Apollomon as Whispered is the true Dark General, and speaking of Apollomon, I'm glad he eventually got to be free of his dark half and gets revived at the end)
I also love the cameos of Digimon from previous generations (even though they're all separate continuities). Beelzemon, Lillymon, Lilamon, Stingmon, Whamon, armies of Devimon, LadyDevimon, and Etemon, a Puppetmon who, though initially betraying the heroes, joins forces with them, a Lucemon who works for Laylamon but still takes all but his larval forms before his presumably final death, Unimon and Pegasusmon, etc.
Primary three things people disliked about Fusion, which I'll address - not giving you a hard time for it, but just saying how I felt about it.
I didn't mind the fusion system replacing digivolution - I can appreciate the show for what it is and not expect the same digivolution system from the other series except Frontier, as long as there's good fight scenes.
As for the censorship? Not being a fan of NSFW (as the pony fandom calls it), that just makes it better for me. Making Mervamon less suggestive? Makes her easier for me to look at (and I have nothing against Bare Your Midriff, which they kept, I find it to be cute and nothing else). Editing a swimsuit onto Angie in the hot spring scene? I praise them for it. One of the few things I hated about Inuyasha was characters going into the water nude and apparently having never heard of swimsuits (even though nothing explicit was shown), I'm glad they averted that with her.
Though they don't seem to be as fussy with male characters, given one moment with Jijimon in the Sand Zone I wish they had censored, it wasn't even important to the plot like the scene with Master Roshi in DBZ so they could've easily cut it like they did with MetalEtemon.
Classic anime style, when it aired in 2013-2015? I prefer it over the modern day anime style. High on my list of favorite animes, aside from Adventure 01, Tamers, and Fusion, are Dragonball Z/Kai, Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon Crystal (which is fairly recent but follows classic anime style and being just as disliked as Fusion), Inuyasha, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, even Death Note, though its style is a little different than the others. (Soul Eater is a LITTLE bit in the in-between point but when it gets down to it it was enjoyable)
Considering the blade is essentially causing a Jogress for both of them and causing them to reach this form then in theory if they lose the blade, then they're reverted back to the original form right?
So, aside from Lucemon (the second time), Crusadermon, Dynasmon, Sorcerymon, Oryxmon, Nefertimon, and those fought inside Sakkakumon, when all Digimon die in Frontier, they are reborn as Digieggs, and the evil ones are purified.
But here's the question: Are they truly reborn as those they once were or is it more of a reincarnation in body (similar to how the Devas were created, or a possible reason as to why evil Digimon in Adventure 01 are never reborn) Where in Data Squad, they are reborn as the same Digimon but lose all memory, unless they have a human partner.
Sure, when Seraphimon is killed by Mercurymon and hatches as Patamon (where Seraphimon has earlier kinda been established to be Patamon's Mega form in Adventure, albeit in a non-canon segment), he does seem to retain some level of memory, though simply finding somewhere to be familiar as though it's genetic memory.
And Lucemon is still Lucemon when reborn as a Digiegg and hatched into larval form, just stripped of all good. Which is an inversion of the usual Digiegg system.
But there are two things I'm a little confused about, and answering them could definitely improve my opinion on Frontier, which I would like to rewatch when I'm done Fusion.
First, when Cherubimon dies and is purified, he seems to be welcomed to the other side by the spirits of Seraphimon and Ophanimon. Where not only has Seraphimon been reborn as Patamon, but both Ophanimon and Cherubimon's Digieggs hatch as Salamon and Lopmon, and it's mentioned "they've forgiven each other". (Also a ghostly Cherubimon appears through Lopmon to help defeat Lucemon, as if he is a separate entity from him but can manifest through him due to being his physical reincarnation)
Second, so when the Digiegg area is seen, the spirits of Grumblemon, Arbormon, Ranamon, and Mercurymon merge with them to take this form again (or something like that), as if their true selves are these spirits, in which case, what are the four Digieggs they were physically reborn as and what would they hatch into? Why are those four still existing in spirit form (though purified) separate from their Digieggs (except for that one moment)?
Speaking of spirits, maybe I missed something first time around but what of the spirits of the Digimon that the main characters turn into? Like, Takuya turns into Agunimon, Tommy turns into Kumamon, etc., and so their Digimon forms most certainly seem to be them transformed. But then, the spirits act separately from them at the end, and stand as they leave after killing Lucemon, or something like that. Can someone explain all this to me?
