As Tenkai Knights is aimed at 6-12-year-old boys we won't block users just because they are underage. Wikia Staff doesn't oblige local bureaucrats to enforce the COPPA laws. As well a local block won't mean a lot as the blocked user still can edit any other wiki. But every user can report an underage user to staff if there are proofs. Only posts on the wiki are considered proofs by staff. They will immediately disable the account of the respective user on all wikis on Wikia.
