Users are allowed to advertise this wiki on other wikis or services. Per the voting policy, the votes of users who recently joined the wiki as a result of the advertisement might count if they didn't join the wiki for the sole purpose of voting, which is considered meatpuppetry in some cases. As well users are allowed to advertise other wikis and services on this wiki as long as it is moderate and doesn't take the form of spam. If it takes the form of spam, a block might be issued.
